Charité ALS Day 2018

On the 14th of April, the 9th ALS Day took place at the Charité with over 200 people affected by ALS, their relatives, medical service providers and employees of the Berlin ALS ambulance. They were informed about current studies, the state of basic research and treatment innovations.

With the kind permission of the Charité, we have put together in this article the video recordings of the lectures as well as the presentations chronologically for you (only available in German).

On April 14, 2018 the 9th ALS day will take place at the Charité. The event is designed as an information day for sufferers and their friends and relatives, and is prepared by the outpatient clinic team for ALS and other motor neurone diseases at the Charité.

We would like to ask you to address any questions you may have regarding the cause, diagnosis and treatment of ALS beforehand to gabriele.frisch@charite.de. Prof. Meyer will answer these questions in an open question and answer session.

The ALS Day venue is held in the Forum 3 / training building on the premises of the Virchow-Klinikum der Charité, Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin. The function rooms are accessible by lift.
